Scottish Energy Efficiency uses the details you send through our quote form only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey and prepare your quote. We do not sell your data. This notice explains the lawful basis we rely on, how long we keep your details and how to exercise your rights under UK GDPR.

Scottish Energy Efficiency is the data controller for enquiries submitted through this website. We process your personal data (name, email, phone, postcode, property details) under the lawful basis of legitimate interest to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
We retain enquiry data for 24 months, after which it is deleted unless you become a customer. You have the right to access, correct, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@scottishenergyefficiency.co.uk.
We do not share your data with third parties except our installation partner, Home Heating Services (Scotland) Ltd, for the purpose of providing a quote. We do not use your data for marketing without your separate consent.
